What is a hypnotherapy session like?

Every client’s experience is different and varies. Some people experience a lightness while others experience a heaviness in the body. Some people experience a slight tingling in the body while others feel nothing at all. Most people report simply feeling a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. Keep in mind hypnosis is a naturally occurring state, we are all in trance many times each day. The level of transformation you experience is up to you. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis

● The hypnotherapist does not control you or your experience.
● Hypnotherapy can not make you do anything against your will.
● Hypnosis is a state of increased awareness.
● You will probably feel awake and be able to hear everything that is said.
● You can go into a state of hypnosis sitting down, standing up, lying down, with eyes open with eyes closed, etc.

The first appointment will begin with a short intake, explantation of hypnosis, a guide to self-hypnosis, and followed by a full hypnosis session. My virtual sessions are held on Zoom, audio only. For sessions please find a comfortable and quiet location, where you won’t be disturbed. Headphones are highly suggested.
